Maybe. It is a curse where you get 4+ Kries Satan yell spirl's when opening multiple RBV 7's

I don't think the reason is the factories in Vietnam, but it is very strange that there are only 2 Flow and a core disc without any Frame.

Welcome to the CMYK process. They ran out of yellow pigment riiiiiiight there and no one caught it.
