You can't repair a broken Beyblade and still use it legally, and either way, your Beyblade has been in repair for several months. Might be time to get a new one.

It's Icicle Uppercut. Emperor races toward his target like a penguin sliding on his belly, and delivers an uppercut with his beak like an icicle jabbing the opposing bey, sending it sky high.
