1. Is it public voting? If not I don't like the idea of one judge, you need input from multiple people. 2 more people would be best IMO.

3. Can we use our previously made GFX?

Answer #1 : Yes, there will be voting for every round.
Answer #2: No, there will be multiple rounds.
Answer #3: Yes, Obviously.

Why are you setting a participant limit? Just have it open to everyone for the first round.
