That could make opponents PP Go down really fast Tongue_out

Don't know why you'd have Quick Guard if you have Protect, but sure something like that.

It's a good idea to put at least one attack on a Defensive Pokemon, because as rare as Taunt is it's still a threat. I just use Sylveon for picking out Hidden Abilities in Horde Battles, but I'd assume most people use Toxic/Wish/Protect/Hyper Voice.
I've actually seen a lot of sableye taunt variants around pretty recently actually.

If you'd balance out your team more defensively, I'd say use chansey personally. But as is, use sylveon.
well, this is my luckiest random battle yet! my party is really luckily spawned http://play.pokemonshowdown.com/battle-r...-155137713

I prefer will-o-wisp variants myself(Though I use toxic sometimes whoch works well too). If the opponent isn't prepared, you can take out like half their team.
Hah, Infernape? You guys are making me laugh.
Dude Infernape is still good on teams, when backed by the sun I still personally think it's a great wall breaker. It's good if you don't want to get screwed by stealth rocks and want something faster than Charizard.
Anybody watch the world championships? The winner of the VG masters division used a pachirisu. A PACHIRISU!
Yeah I saw that and the TCG. Sejuns team was different, but it was still amazing and was good enough to win Masters. Honestly I prefer seeing those teams win then the super generic stick the 6 most used pokemon on a team.

The Bistool of Pokemon.
Pachirisu is pretty good IMO.Great speed,All other stats are relatively nice, and it has an overall excellent move set.I used him on my default Pokemon Platinum team.Decent power house.
Hey guys so I'm planning on competing in the Autumn VG Regionals in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Currently my team is:

Typhlosion item: Choice Scarf/specs (yes, I KNOW he is not the best fire type out there. But come on how can you resist a Timid, Choice Specs/Scarf set Eruption in doubles? Plus, I want to compete using Pokemon that I like and no one will really expect. But if I can't use him, can anybody give me some ideas on another fire type?)

Lucario or Gengar (I just can't choose...)

Sylveon or Mawile (I started with Mawile but then I thought that I should only have one mega Pokemon so I went with Sylveon. But now I'm starting to think otherwise...So what do you guys think?)

Flygon or Garchomp (Ok, hear me out on this one. I am running a physical Flygon. This is also a Pokemon that no one will really expect. But I guess I could go with Garchomp...I don't know. If someone could help me get a Rough Skin Garchomp I would really appreciate it.)

Wash Rotom

Ferrothorn item: Rocky Helmet

So, What do you think? Any help would be really appreciated.

You might want to check the pokes out to see if they are in the Kalos Dex as Autumn VGC still uses the 2013-2014 format. I can't recall which aren't from the Kalos Dex off the top of my head but I think there is a few in your list. Just a heads up.
As long as they have that blue pentagon, which means they have been obtained in Kalos, they are legal for VGC. The loophole people have been using is just to re-breed your old Pokemon with the same Egg Moves and stuff, so when you get an identical, Kalos born Pokemon it is legal.
That's exactly what I did with typhlosion. I bred it and eventually got a timid nature.
But I think I should probably think about a different fire type.

What you might want to do is make Sylveon use Helping Hand on Typhlosion. That way you can put the Scarf on it to make it super fast but not as powerful, or Specs to make it not as fast but wreck things. Because 109 Satk and 100 Speed aren't that great, you might want to use the Scarf to balance it out.

Alternatively you could have Mega Charizard Y set up Sun for an equal? boost to Eruption's power, and resistance to Water attacks. However a lot of people use Rock Slide in doubles so you'd be weak to that.
Thanks, that sounds pretty good. BTW, what's your friend code? I'm trying to get hidden abilities in friend safari.
Why not relace it with Infernape? He'll do way better.(Not comparing vs charizard).
Use Lucario instead of Gengar.Give it an air balloon tho.
In platinum my party is Lucario, Giritina, Pikachu, Infernape, Quagsire, and Gardevoir.

In white (im only in mistralton city, I restarted) is dewatt, dwebble, Krokorok, Palpitoad, Simisear, and Tranquill

Any suggestions?
