Haha! Kei, you should witness for yourself its endurance and defence capabilities before commenting. This UFO customization will win against almost any plastic customization you can ever come out with without even losing much of its spin.
This isn't about wasting the parts by making them unusable in tournaments. I would say building this is an art form. It isn't Beyblade, but, it is something that you can work on.

I can think of a few parts that people wouldn't care about losing to this "customisation".
Cross-Spiker comes to mind. (c'mon, what else are you doing with it?)
Cross Spiker can't be used, as far as I know.
Get it on a centrifuge, grind off the spiked hammers, and it would be almost perfectly circular all the way around, buff it to a smooth finish and it'd be perfect.

You have misunderstood the customization. In this customization, the primary AR is made circular and of the correct size such that the Support Parts of Dranzer V2 (Cross Survival) would be able to fit into the primary AR, creating an AR that is totally circular, of the same size as a standard Wide Survival/Defence WD, and lastly, curved at the edges (bigger nearer to the WD, while smaller nearer to the bitchip).

Sorry to get a little off topic but I remember when the first hobby tornements came out and people started to DOUBLE WD GALEON which really pissed me off cuz back then there was almost no way in beating it.
