A clash between beyblades in a modern day. Battles all over to see who will win. We shall use our beyspirits (even if its cold ) to show our passion. This is a full out Modern Bey Fair! Bladers, please come join us at High Park on Sunday, March 31st, 2013 at 1PM for Modern Bey Fair!


Since we were able to gather enough participants in the Toronto WBO General thread, this will be an official WBO tournament! Make sure to get your Blader Passport if you haven't done so already! Or, simply pay $5 if you plan on only attending \Modern Bey Fair!. Aside from competing for Faces, BeyPoints, and Credits, the prizes will of course be good!

Location:
We'll be playing in the shelter where we usually play. If you're coming to High Park via the Bloor entrance, just follow that road down on the right side and you'll see the large building/shelter on the left hand side before you reach the tennis courts. If you have any questions about the location, please post here! This map has the area we'll be playing in roughly outlined:

There is a place across the park, but I'm not sure if they are open during the winter haha.

im pretty sure they will be open by then since it would be already spring and hopefully a little bit warmer

Yo Jesse, you forgot to add juniorBB'smom to the confirmed list. She said in the WBO General thread that she/her son would be attending if this was on Sunday.

THAT IS RIGHT! I HAVE MASTERED THE WATERFALL TECHNIQUE!

Yeah I'm a VERY unlikely maybe on that one. I won't have slept on the 30th and will probably not be in the mood for several hours in the cold.

I just hope that the weather is nice that day. The weather recently has been very strange, with snow, sunshine and rain. But, at least it's getting warmer

Thanks Jesse and Kei. About a restaurant nearby, on day of the recent tournament, we just jogged down the park road a bit, i.e. southward on Parkside Drive, to the Grenadier Café.
It was great! Large, warm, packed with people of course, and lots of different things on the menu including cheap eats.

Ughh, the weather just keeps on getting worse and worse! It's the middle of March and still more snow is coming! I hope it get's much warmer for the day of the tourney!
