Ok I need to know if everyone is ok with using bb10s at this event. Today in meeting te the chairman of cgs and will be having a lot of updates regarding this event. I'm still needing volunteers also.

I made the call to use BB10 for This event. Also we now have a room for CGS. We will be in the Spruce Building. This will more then likely change. Maps will be added to the OP soon. Apparently other then our normal staff for these events I have to have at least 1 person from CGS. Everyone will still be reporting to me like usual. Also for the winners of this event you will be presented prizes/trophies on stage in front of 2,000+ people at the awards ceremony. This event will more then likely be live streamed. More on that to come. Im also reaching out to companies regarding sponsorship opportunities. Any questions?
On a different note: Beyblade is currently the most organized event currently planned for CGS

Live streaming is iffy right now. But we can pull it off. And yes 2000+ people will see our logo when we present stuff on stage. That will be recorded. Our tournament has the most hype so far of any event at CGS.

We would love to have you. This event is going to be huge. I actually have another meeting with CGS on Halloween. Ill be the odd man out because ill be in costume hah. But seriously, come if you can.

It will inside. We will have our own room. Brackets will be projected on the wall via overhead projector. We will be playing on tables. Tomorrow I will have a formal announcement/News release regarding Colosseum.
