I started when they came out, now I' m 15
lol im 12(almost 13) now and ive been blading since i was 1 or 2 or something... but i did have couple of years break!! XD

I've been blading since I was about 6 or 7, and I'm almost 15 already, So I guess I'm an "Old Timer" hahah!
I began somewhere around 2003, had half the first season excluding half of every retired Beyblade ever. I'm twenty now (2011) and wow do I feel old.....

I started Beyblading the very same week my local Wal-Mart got the first wave of the very first Hasbro Beyblade releases, in 2001. I was checking for them every single day for about a week after seeing the first commercials airing.

i suppose u could say im an Olddie to the bey-game, i played very little back in the plastics days with about 3 plastic beyblades (which have dissapeard) soooo...... (first blade, DRAGOON STORM) lol i love saying that

I'm 24 years old now, watched beyblade since the very first chapter. But it is not like i bought original beyblades right away. I played first with fake beyblade tops or homemade tops made of bottle parts. Quite interesting because i could adapt them with any foreign object that i could find in order to interfere with it's performance.
I only got the courage to buy an original one months after the anime started (Seaborg 2, and still have it).
I'm 26 going on 27 next month I also started when it came out and used to battle with my brother. Now I battle with my son who's 9 and he is all into it and when my brother comes over we still battle with newer beyblades.
Awesome, I can hardly remember when I got my first beyblade an had my first battle, etc.
I've never heard of beyblades till a few months ago when my son started watching Metal Fusion on Netflix. Now I'm an addicted adult. One of the oldest ones on this site I believe but not an old timer in this thread! I'm definitely a newbie.
Yep probably ! does your son like beyblades as much as you??
