Note that this is fiction, and that this is my first story written here. Criticism is welcome and appreciated.
This will be a multiple chapter story, and I do take requests for the next chapter(s).
Prologue: Beyblades to me are the best. Nothing better. It's always fun to find opponents to battle, and be able to find different customizations to use, to be able to win. So far, ever since my parents mysteriously vanished, I've been working extraordinarily hard to find them. So far, I seem to be on the right track, since there have been bladers challenging me, and when I beat them, they give me information about where to go. Every day, I get closer to finding them. But I never anticipated that the challenge of finding my parents would get any bigger when I met Erzo...
Chapter 1:
My name is Nazior. I'm the best blader in my town. It's a small town out in the mountains. It doesn't even have a proper name for itself. But it's where Beyblade is really respected.
Beyblade for me..and the others living in the town is the way of life. It's what we use to communicate, build bonds, to help with work, and many other things. My best friend, Gerard actually gave me my first Bey: VariAres R145RF. I helped make it, so it was because of my hard work that I finally had my partner. From the start, it seemed my Bey and I had a mutual bond. Which was completely natural, seeing as I had worked to make the Bey. When other Beys were made, we quickly learned about the power hidden within them. I had a deep respect for Beyblades ever since I got one, but when I found out that they had so much power within them, I respected them even more. The news spread quickly, and eventually, the entire country of Numenor had Beyblades. We discovered more and more uses for them, but the main ones were battling. We did that to help strengthen our bonds with our Beys, and with the people we battled with. Unfortunately, there were some people who's minds got corrupted by the power that the Beys had, and tried to release that power ultimately into one Bey.
The Bey's name was Destruction LR'Nemesis. It was a Bey that was able to spin both left and right, which was extraordinary because most Beys spun to the right, with the exception of this Beyblade. However, I believe that this Bey is not the one that is truly evil. Beys are loyal to the people who have them, and their intentions. The Bey's desire for power came from the desires of power and the owner's evil intentions. However, they were stopped before. My parents had the first Beyblades, which they made themselves. They had many prototypes made. One of them was the Destruction LR'Nemesis. They realized that it contained exceptional power, but it was too much for them to control. Therefore, they sealed it away, to try and keep the power from running amuck. It was, and is still known..as the Forbidden Bey.
My father's name is Drastu. His Bey is Death Kerbecs BD145RDF, which had exceptional defensive power. My mother's name is Lucy. Her Bey was a balance type, and it balanced the types of defense and stamina. Her Bey was the famous Phantom Bull TH170CS. They were the ones that invented the famous art of Beyblade. Somehow, the news of the Forbidden Bey got out, and many outsiders came to retrieve it. However, as much as they tried, as many came, as many times as they tried, they could not control the power, and it eventually led to each of them being absorbed inside of the Beyblade, never to be seen again.
My mother and father eventually became the guardians of the Bey, when they found out that the evil intentions of the people wanting the Forbidden Bey had finally corrupted it, to try to prevent anymore people from being absorbed inside it. Then eventually, two people came to the cave where the Forbidden Bey was kept. I was there with them. My parents and I were shocked to find out that the two people were also bladers, because all other people who came to attempt to get the Forbidden Bey were people simply power hungry, and knew almost nothing about Beys. The two people were Gazille and John. Gazille seemed to be the leader, with John simply his assistant. Gazille's Bey was a Blitz Pegasis 85R2F, which neither of my parents had heard of before. John had a Mad Giraffe 105HF, which was simply a mediocre Bey. Gazille said to my parents,"We're here for the Forbidden Bey. I have to warn you that I haven't ever been defeated, and I doubt that will end now." Lucy said,"We haven't been defeated either. What do you seek to gain from even obtaining this Beyblade? It has too much power! No one can control it!" "That's because only weaklings have been coming here to try to get that Bey,"Gazille said." I'm different from all the other fools that came here trying to get the Bey. I'm the strongest blader in the world. That Bey is mine! It's the perfect Bey to match my power." After saying that, he immediately pulled out his launcher, and loaded his Bey on it. "Get ready to battle, guardians of the Forbidden Bey!" Then my parents pulled out their launchers and prepared their Beys. Gazille said, "John, hurry up! You have to battle with me." "Y-y-y-yes s-s-sir...I'm getting ready.." It was the first time that my parents had heard John speak, and he seemed to be quiet afraid of Gazille. I simply was watching the battle, because I didn't have a Bey at the time, and my parents had forbid me to even fight them.
Then, the battle began, with the famous battle cry,"3,2,1! GO SHOOT!!!!" My parents immediately attacked the opponent's Beys one on one. Drastu went for John's Bey, and easily defeated it, by using it's heavy weight to provide good smash attack and smash his Mad Giraffe into the cave wall, and John's Bey was imbedded inside the rock. "My BEY!" John cried, and he ran toward his Bey, and tried to pull out his Bey from the cave wall. Meanwhile, Lucy was attacking Gazille's Bey fiercely, but instead her Bey was the one getting pushed back by Blitz Pegasis. "Go, Kerbecs! Attack Pegasis!" Gazille was startled, because he didn't think that John would've been defeated so quickly. He had obviously been so focused on Lucy that he didn't notice John digging through the rock to try to get his Bey back. "Fine then." Gazille said."I'll take you both on myself. Prepare yourselves! Go! PEGASIS! SPECIAL MOVE! PEGASIS GALAXY WING!" Pegasis then suddenly began circling the cave floor, trapping my dad's Kerbecs and my mom's Bull inside the vortex created by Pegasis. "Kerbecs!!!! Get out of there! Hurry!"My dad frantically attempted to escape the vortex, but when it hit the vortex wall, it immediately was struck back. "What?! Impossible!" Then Lucy tried also to escape the vortex, but her attempt was also in vain. Then suddenly, the vortex began getting smaller. It seemed to be enclosing on the two Beys! Gazille was laughing hysterically,"HAHAHAHA! Is this really the limit to your power?! Hahaha! Those other people trying to get the Bey must really have been weaklings! I was hoping for more of a challenge to get this Bey! Seems this was a disappointment. I'll finish you off now!" "Kerbecs! Death Lance Flash!"my dad said. Then suddenly, Kerbecs shot straight at the vortex, and hit Gazille's Pegasis as it was about to make another circle. "WHAT?!" Gazille yelled. "That's impossible! My Pegasis should have been moving too fast for you to have been able to hit it!" "Don't underestimate us," Lucy said. "You haven't won the battle yet."
Gazille then grinned and said, "Then it looks like I'll have to fight seriously now. Just to put a little bit of fear in your hearts before I ultimately defeat you, I'll share something with you. I haven't been using my full power yet. And you still think you can win? You could barely put up with less than 1/8th of my power! NOW! PEGASIS! BLITZ WING!" Suddenly Pegasis began circling the two Beys once again! "You think you can win by using the same exact attack again? I think you're bluffing about not using your full power," my dad said. Gazille responded, "You're more ignorant than I thought! Didn't you notice I said Blitz wing? Not just Galaxy wing? Hahaha! You'll figure out the difference with this attack! GO NOW PEGASIS! FINISH THEM!" Then suddenly Pegasis emerged from the vortex it had created, and blasted right through the two Beys simply staying in the center of the vortex. "What?! NO! IMPOSSIBLE!" A billow of smoke covered up where Pegasis had directly hit the two Beys. When the smoke cleared, my parents were shocked to find that their Beys had not only been defeated...but had been broken apart, and all the parts were broken. "Hmph. Not so tough now that your Beys are totally banged up! I'll just be taking that Forbidden Bey now." Gazille then began laughing, and then walked over to the stone where the Forbidden Bey was enclosed in. My parents then collapsed to the floor, unconcious. Gazille then grabbed the Bey, and was shocked to find that the Bey itself was stone. "What? Does this mean that..this Bey is worthless?! Don't tell me I went all this way just to get a stupid piece of stone!" Then suddenly, Gazille felt warmth in his hand. He realized that the Forbidden Bey had began to glow, then began to shine almost as brightly as the sun. "RRGH!" Gazille then covered his eyes, as the light had grown to blinding. When the shining stopped, Gazille opened his eyes, then looked at the Bey in his hand. It had somehow become an actual Bey. Then it began glowing, as if all the power in it had finally been able to emerge after being sealed away for so long inside the stone. "Thanks for the Bey, guys! I could really do some damage with this Bey. HAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! John! Here. Take this Blitz Pegasis. It's worthless to me now that I have this Bey with me. Let's get out of here. And boy?" Then I scampered away, because he was talking to me at that time, "you'd better take your parents to the hospital. They don't look good! Hehe." Then Gazille and John ran off out of the cave, and I ran after them. When I got out of the cave however, they were gone. It was almost as if they had vanished. So I ran back into the cave and tried to wake my parents up. But it seemed that even though I tried as hard as I could've to wake them up, they wouldn't.
I ran outside to the village and called, "HELP! HELP! I need someone to help me! Someone has taken the Forbidden Bey! My parents are unconcious! Someone help me please!" Then all of the villagers, including the famous medic rushed over to the cave where I led them to. The villagers took my parents back and treated their injuries. That's when I decided that I would make my own Beyblade, and try to take back the Forbidden Bey. That's when I began making my Beyblade with my friend, Gerard. It took several weeks, but when it was done, I have finally made my Beyblade, VariAres R145RF. The day that I was going home with my new Bey, I went inside, and I found that my parents weren't there. So I went outside and asked some villagers whether they had seen my parents anywhere. Everytime that I asked, it was the same answer. "No, I haven't seen them. I thought they were at your house!" Then the word was spread that my parents were missing, so now everyone began looking for them. It's 3 years later, and I still haven't found them. But I think I've found a few small clues. And it's leading to Bey City.
Chapter 2:
Heading to Bey City hasn't been easy. Ever since I got on the path to the place, I've been challenged by so many bladers. Apparently there's a gang there called the Bey Hunters. They take the points that you've earned in tournaments or normal battles and they even take away other's Beyblades. I promised myself that once I get to Bey City, I would take all of them out, and make them return the points that they took from other bladers, and their Beys. So here I am in Bey City. I have to say this place is huge. Way larger than the little village I came from. I guess they don't call it a city for nothing. I found a little store where they even sell Beyblades! I even met a boy there who's good at repairing Beyblades. His name's Benjamin. Apparently he's the best blader in the entire city! I have to battle him sometime to see what he's got. I haven't found out much about him; not even the Bey he uses. All I know is that he repairs Beyblades, and he's good at it.
I've been looking around the city, and it actually feels like home for some reason. I found a great place to stay in for the time being, and it's close to the park, where everyone battles with their Beyblades. I went over there and there are tons of strong bladers. I'll have to battle them all sometime.
But from what I've heard, not a lot of people have been going there because they don't have Beyblades, because they were taken by the Bey Hunters. I'm going after them right now. They took Benjamin's Bey away from him, so now I'm going to get it back. I've followed them to a construction site near the park..this must be their hideout, which is better for me, so I know where to find them in the future. "Hey, you! What's your name? You look like you're new in town. Hahaha..that means you must be a total wannabe to Beyblade!" "He's a wannabe to us..seeing as he chased us all the way here." "AHHAHA!!" I said, "Nah, I'm not a wannabe. I may not be the best, but I'm not a total noob at it. What I'm especially not a noob about is knowing that I need to beat all of you! Where's your leader? I'll beat him! I'll make you guys give Benjamin back his Beyblade, and everyone else you took points and Beys from!" "I'm right here...Nazior," a mysterious voice says. "What?! How do you know my name?!" I exclaimed. "I haven't been in the town even one day!" "I have my ways of finding out things. But it appears that you want us to...return the Beys and Beypoints we stole from some of the people in this town? Hahaha. Don't make me laugh any harder than I already am! As if you could even defeat me, let alone one Bey Hunter," the voice says. "I'll have you know, I defeated 2 Bey Hunters along the way here easily. So I'm pretty sure I could handle more!" I inquired. "Then let's see how you do against....all of the Bey Hunters. Keep in mind that there are more than 200 Bey Hunters here right now. So basically, you don't stand a chance!" The voice said. "Fine then. If that's how it needs to be. I don't care how many opponents I face on, whether it be 100 or 1,000. My Beyspirit will overcome all these opponents!" I said. Then all the Bey Hunters prepared their launchers and Beys. The voice announced, "Ready. Three, two, one. GO SHOOT!" In synchronisation, all the Bey Hunters launcher their Beys. There were simply too many to count. But I knew I could beat them. "If you guys can't get your points fairly, that must mean you can't win them fairly. That means that this will be easy! GO VARIARES!" Suddenly VariAres darted out from behind a beam and moved so quickly that no one saw the Bey move. In the blink of an eye, all of the Bey Hunter's Beys had stopped spinning and had been defeated. "No way! No one survives a hundred Beybattle!" "Hm...this is quite peculiar. Finally a Beyblader worthy of my skills has shown up. This should be interesting.."Then the mysterious voice started laughing hysterically.
Chapter 3:
I walked away from the construction site, contemplating on what the voice had said to me. "So, Nazior. Apparently you're quite strong. I finally have a worthy opponent to battle, and defeat! So meet me tomorrow at Beypark. If you beat me, I'll tell all the Bey Hunters to give back the Beys and the points that they stole. But that won't happen, because I never lose!"
I accepted that challenge. Benjamin's Bey is still with the gang, so I still have to get it back for him, and take back all the Beys that were stolen. But what he said leads me wonder whether he is actually a strong blader, or another coward like all the rest of his gang.
When I woke up the next morning, I had a note pinned to my door. It said, "Come to Beypark. We'll have our battle there." So after that, I prepared my Beyblade, and I promised myself that I would win, for Benjamin, and for my BeySpirit."

I'll beat him! I'll make you guys give Benjamin back his Beyblade, and everyone else you took points and Beys from!" "I'm right here...Nazior," a mysterious voice says. "What?! How do you know my name?!" I exclaimed. "I haven't been in the town even one day!" "I have my ways of finding out things. But it appears that you want us to...return the Beys and Beypoints we stole from some of the people in this town? Hahaha. Don't make me laugh any harder than I already am! As if you could even defeat me, let alone one Bey Hunter," the voice says. "I'll have you know, I defeated 2 Bey Hunters along the way here easily. So I'm pretty sure I could handle more!" I inquired. "Then let's see how you do against....all of the Bey Hunters. Keep in mind that there are more than 200 Bey Hunters here right now. So basically, you don't stand a chance!" The voice said. "Fine then. If that's how it needs to be. I don't care how many opponents I face on, whether it be 100 or 1,000. My Beyspirit will overcome all these opponents!" I said. Then all the Bey Hunters prepared their launchers and Beys. The voice announced, "Ready. Three, two, one. GO SHOOT!" In synchronisation, all the Bey Hunters launcher their Beys. There were simply too many to count. But I knew I could beat them. "If you guys can't get your points fairly, that must mean you can't win them fairly. That means that this will be easy! GO VARIARES!" Suddenly VariAres darted out from behind a beam and moved so quickly that no one saw the Bey move. In the blink of an eye, all of the Bey Hunter's Beys had stopped spinning and had been defeated. "No way! No one survives a hundred Beybattle!" "Hm...this is quite peculiar. Finally a Beyblader worthy of my skills has shown up. This should be interesting.."Then the mysterious voice started laughing hysterically.
Chapter 3:
I walked away from the construction site, contemplating on what the voice had said to me. "So, Nazior. Apparently you're quite strong. I finally have a worthy opponent to battle, and defeat! So meet me tomorrow at Beypark. If you beat me, I'll tell all the Bey Hunters to give back the Beys and the points that they stole. But that won't happen, because I never lose!"
I accepted that challenge. Benjamin's Bey is still with the gang, so I still have to get it back for him, and take back all the Beys that were stolen. But what he said leads me wonder whether he is actually a strong blader, or another coward like all the rest of his gang.
When I woke up the next morning, I had a note pinned to my door. It said, "Come to Beypark. We'll have our battle there." So after that, I prepared my Beyblade, and I promised myself that I would win, for Benjamin, and for my BeySpirit."
