It kind of sucks. Theres only 1 round and you may get unlucky that round -___-

What ? Read the Event Guide. Round Robin is probably the fairest format, but you can only have less than approximately fifteen participants.
Should I switch to Round Robin Block then? We're getting near fifteen participants, and then there are the people in the "unconfirmed" list.

It really depends if no one else is using them first, which is highly unlikely. They're normally empty. Besides, I don't think it will be that hard to identify. The tents are only a few feet away from eachother.
