Heh, the Anime club just renamed the Anime Screening Committee to the SOS Brigade, since we do literally nothing except for watching Anime to look for weird stuff that we can't show middle schoolers
Endless Eight seriously hurts my head - I'm on the 6th I believe. The artistic direction and conceptualisation is superb, but dedicating a whole 8 episode to fulfill the "8 and infinity sign link" is frustrating to watch. The lack of plot movement maybe off putting to some but I'm sure the reward is huge (hope noone spoils it for me
).
I nearly cried when I found out how Kyon resolved the problem...I thought it'd be a lot more dramatic...No spoilers haha.
One of the most non-eventful resolutions ever. Though it got his homework done, so I guess he's not complaining.
Hah. The ending for the manga endless 8 was pretty funny.

That possible announcement makes me really happy. Its currently my favourite anime, theres an epic balance of violence and commedy. I can't wait for a new season.

Amazing! Lol. (Wow! I lol way too much...) I wanna try it out. What gave you the idea to do this?
Maybe you could make it so that depending on what you say, her expression will change because of her mood. (Unless that is already what you are doing...) Like, when you say something mean or that will offend her, she gets mad and the picture changes to an angry expression. Or if you say something nice, she could smile or something. Just an idea. (Although, I think that might be what your already doing...)
Yeah, I've already started adding in the mood function. So far its, if you don't talk for a while but the page is up, she puts her head down; if you swear or say anything inappropriate or against her, she gets angry, and smiles when you talk to her for longer.
I got the idea a day after finishing every single episode including the movie and manga chapters...Not watching Haruhi felt like something was missing, so I decided to make this..and its going pretty well.

How long does this kind of thing usually take? And are you just starting on this project? Or have you been working on it for a little bit and you originally planned for it to be a surprise?

I will make sure I do so if I can think of anything. How responsive would it be? Would it be like talking to an actual person? Or would it's answers and replies be limited?
This is like a dream come true. (almost) Lol.
It will start off slightly limited, as more people test it when its public, I will see what kind of responses people give, and give haruhi speech to respond to them. In the end, it would be something like a pre-written cleverbot. Haruhi won't learn as you talk to her like Cleverbot, rather I will add in the way she talks in the anime and manga and etc.

Im still working on it, the old version had too many bugs so I had to scrap it and start again. I don't know when it will be done. Right now there are only a few haruhi references, else she talks like a robot haha..

I was trying out Medz's Haruhi Suzumiya Chat thingy. I was asking it random retarded questions and stuff. I gave me some odd yet hilarious replies at times. Here is some Screen-Caps of some of the replies I got. It's only like 4 pictures though...
Also, she tends to say "I was influenced by my Medz" alot.

Ctrl + Alt = Print Screen. Then pull up Paint and hit Paste. But if your computer is different from mine it might be different. You could have just googled it...
This Haruhi Chat thingy really does give a lot of hilarious results. it also mentions "it's Medz" alot too....
I still need to fix it so that if you say something she doesn't understand, she pulls out a phrase like: 'Huh?'. Also, what did you type for her to mention medz?

that emotional? I just watched a trailer for it. (Japanese with English Subtitles) It didn't explain much. I think I'm just gonna wait until the dub comes out to watch it. That way I can get the DVD. XD
I love what Koizumi says in the last episode. Haruhi was forcing Mikuru to try on outfit's, Koizumi goes outside the room while this is happening. Out of nowhere he say "Oh, that's not good. My tea has gone cold!" It's sounds kinda dumb, but it was funny when he said it. Koizumi is amazingly hilarious. I like how he always agrees with Haruhi. XD
EDIT: Lol. I like what Koizumi and Kyon say in episode 8.
Kyon: What's that?!
Koizumi: That? It's a giant Camel Cricket!
