Agreed. And Espio, that is undecided right now.
Whatever's cheapest so we can spend the rest of the money on POCKY? =D If everyone's there then why bother bringing it inside the expo?

I was only thinking of the TV for anime stuff but meh.

Would that be allowed? It's just, we have to show how this links to an anime do we not? I know lots more people get involved in things when there is an anime presence with it. I.E. Pokémon, yugioh all got popular through TV mostly.

Well... Pokémon had games too but it took off a lot after the series.

Actually, no. TV Tokyo is strictly against this. However, I could possibly get you some clips by May. I am not sure what quality they will have though.
Thanks Kai-V Joyful_3
Clips would be great, it would just be to show stuff about the anime tbh. Idk how we'd even get TVs anyways but I thought we'd want to show how it was anime related. =]
If somebody brings a laptop, you can show both the clips and Beyblade websites.

I'd be too embaressed to show ANYONE beyblade.com
Don't have to. You have the likes of here, Beyblade Spirit and BeyUK which easilly rival Beyblade.com XD.

Great idea Grin
We could also aire music videos and the like =D.

This would be a good idea though my only two bey ones were pretty phailed. =/ The ones on your site would be pretty cool to display though and we could tell people about the new anime/manga coming up. =D
Having hosted three large tournaments, here's my advice:

Don't go over the top with televisions and programming and stuff like that. Come back to Earth; this isn't a giant media festival, it's a Beyblade tournament. The more elements you introduce to it, the more likely one of them will fail. Keep things as simple as possible and you're golden.
Okay, quick question(or two).
1. Would this be inside or outside? As in, would you have to pay to get into MCM Expo/Japan Ex to enter the tournament?
2. This is stupid but......what exactly is an 'RC Beyblade'? ^^;
3. Was there a Spinoff 2008? I don't remember seeing anything like it.....

Plus I like the idea of having a few Beyblades that anyone can use so random people who happen to be there on the day can give it a go. Grin Though I guess they'd have to be strong so they didn't break every few battles......

1. I wouldn't know.
2. An RC beyblade was a remote control beyblade (obviously) that came with a launcher/remote control where you could control the movements(I believe) I don't how well it could actually control them, though. The RC part isn't legal for tournaments
3. No

You dont really controll the RC beyblade,All you do is get to increase its spinning power by pushing down a triger on the launcher.

This is not true. The Beyblade moves clockwise or counter-clockwise depending on which direction you push the trigger.

What? Normal Beyblades certainly don't break that often.
Lol,I just got one of myh memory's back of beyblades,Back in year 4 at school heaps of people played beyblades around the school,so one morning I went to school to play this year 3 guy in a beyblade match,I was using driger s thinking it was the best beyblade ever,so anyway I said I would smash him and he sucks etc.I played him and he shreded my driger TT^TT

Seeing your discussion on "driger" on your website, I don't really know why I'm even bothering to reply to you but whatever...

Driger S really shouldn't lose against too much from the older plastics unless it was a decent custom, Driger S is one of the best compacts, what blade was the opponent using?
Lol this was a while ago..it was blue thats all I can remember,I thik I cried after the loss.
Glad to see the tournament is garnering more and more support. We will begin promotion of this heavily in the new year, coinciding with BEYBLADE WAR ROOM in Canada.
TT^TT You guys are lucky,I was thinking of hosting my own tournament with my beyblade friends.
So Beyblade war room?
As Brad said. In the new year I will setup a thread on my forum and post banners and stuff up on my site to get some attention. If there is some sort of logo then I will include this.

Well that may have been a bit of an exxageration but mine break a lot. Unhappy
The other week me and my brother got our Beyblades out for the first time in years and within like three battles I'd managed to shatter one of my 8 Side Weight Disk's. ;__;
I guess it's just the way we battle/rules we play by......
