On the day of the tournament, the check-in period will be between 12:30PM to 1:00PM. During this time, come find me so you can check-in. You will not be able to enter the tournament after we begin the tournament at 1:00PM.

X Format Info

This tournament will be using the X Format rulebook. The rulebook can be found here:

Be advised that this tournament will make use of the following Ranked Clause in addition to rules listed in the Format Rulebook:

Out-of-Bounds ruled as Over Finish
  • Any Beyblade that goes out-of-bounds in this Tournament will be considered knocked-out instead. If a Beyblade is knocked-out in this manner, it will count as an Over Finish.

Check-in, Registration & Participant Limit (25) Details

The event is capped at 25 players, and will thus be Ranked Swiss. Depending on how many people actually show up, we will alternatively be doing Ranked Group Round Robin (12-16 players), Round Robin (8-11 players) or Unranked Club Format Round Robin (7 or less players). The First Stage of this tournament will be played using the 3on3 Match Type. The Final Stage will be played using Deck Match Type.

Registration & Participant Limit Details
  • If you are certain that you can make it, click the blue JOIN TOURNAMENT button at the top of this page to register and confirm your spot.
  • If you need to withdraw, click the UNJOIN/LEAVE TOURNAMENT button.
  • If you need to withdraw last minute, post in this thread as well. Any players who sign up for the event and do not show up without any prior notice will receive a warning in accordance with our Community Rules.

Any updates to the location or rescheduling will be posted by me on the morning-of, at the latest. If you see nothing posted to the contrary, assume everything is continuing as outlined here.

While we cannot give you an exact set time for when your next match will take place, you are welcome to follow along with the tournament bracket on Challonge. Challonge is the management tool we use to run the event.

This event has been approved.
We've secured a larger room this month, so the participant cap has been raised to 25.

Don't bother replying, they just post questions in random tournament threads.

We will be starting shortly. Are any of you running late?

Thanks for coming everybody. Apologies for the delay for the Final Stage announcement, as we were working out difficulties with the Challonge.
