I have been watching the tournament go up. I am surprised that It filled up in four hours and another person joined not even 24 hours later. Special thanks to Cindercast for hosting this on my birthday.

Yes it is legal. As long as the parts are legal for the format you are allowed to use them on one another in legal compatibility. This is Burst Standard so you will be allowed to use any parts as none are banned.
