As long as the rubber is still the main contact with the stadium (it’s not super super worn down to where the plastic hits), yes.

Yes you can use those 3 as long as none of the parts are repeating.
And originally I planned for this to be a 36 person tournament but a mistake happened so then it became a 64 person tournament.

Depends on what you mean by custom, if you mean a custom combo, yes. If you mean custom as in 3D print or such, no.
