Ifrit is not a fire ghost it's a  jinn an other dimension living being and jinn is made out of fire. well, if her helmet having cat ears is a relevant factor then it's not going to be Ifrit. 

Maybe the ears are just a design choice, I would'nt be surprised if they were.

Here's my speculation for this
B-190 - If it's a battle set (2 beys, 2 launchers, 1 stadium) it could be Perfect Belial vs Longinus/Valkyrie (they'd be recolours) OR perfect Belial and a new bey. The last set like this was the Limit Break Dx set, and all of these sets have had the main character's beys and one other (excluding the Sparking sets since 2 main characters).
thus, Perfect Belial and an opponent, possibly a Rashad evolution (seems a bit unlikely since that'd be the finale battle, probably) or a new bey, or if we're unlucky a Longinus or Valkyrie recolour. It's possible it'll be Ilya's but she doesn't seem to have any connection to Bell (at least what we've seen, ep 20 might change this) unlike the past few battle sets (Drum vs Valt, Aiga vs Valt/Aiga vs Lui, Hyuga & Hikaru etc)

If it's a triple booster - my money's on Ilya's bey and possibly 2 combos (if it's like the Sparking one - probably 1 other db combo and a Sparking combo with a rare part - fingers crossed for Infinite Shield).


B-191 - Can't find anything else called a 'special starter'. It'll probably include a new Power unit for the DB launcher, maybe the central Core unit.
The closest thing to a 'special starter' that I could find is the DX starters from GT, which included swappable parts for the beyblade (venom/erase diabolos, ace/grand/rock dragon). I doubt it'll be a Dragon again, since Drum doesn't seem to be using the 3 interchangeable layers thing for the past few evolutions. However, one bey that for the past 2 evolutions has included a removable part, recently a swappable part that changes its characteristics is Achilles. It's possible this could be a DX starter for Achilles, including attachments similar to Union/Infinite.

There's also the possibility that this is Ilya's bey if the B-190 has Perfect Belial and some Longinus/Valkyrie recolour


November:

B-192 - Rashad evolution, probably. Lucifer The End was released in November, so it's not unlikely. I'm guessing that Rashad will evolve after the Tour ends, and given past arc lengths it should end around October. We know Ilya's bey will be a part of the Tour since it's in the opening, so Ilya's bey will be October and after that Rashad evolves.

December:
B-193 - Probably a Legend blader's bey, maybe Wyvern or something like Dragon. I'd say a Dragon release is more likely than a Helios/Hyperion release, but that's my opinion

B-194 - Random booster with another Legend's bey? I doubt it'll be Wyvern, since the last 2 seasons that had random booster Prizes in the anime never repeated types right after each other, like having 2 stamina types in a row, for example in God (vol 6 - defence, vol 7 - stamina, vol 8 - Balance, vol 9 - attack), or Cho-Z (vol 10 - stamina, vol 11 - attack, vol 12- balance, vol 13 - stamina (driger fang is a balance type from vol 14, but isn't in the anime)
So it's unlikely to be Wyvern since the last random booster was Bahamut, a defence type, so it could be Dragon or some other Legend.

TL;DR: October will 100% have Ilya's bey in it somewhere, there's a chance that Achilles might show up, for the all-in-one it'll probably have Perfect Belial. November will probably be Rashad's proper bey, December is mostly wild speculation but the random booster probably won't be wyvern. thanks for coming to my TED talk.

B-190 All-in-one set, the one that spread this info says that this set will look similar to Triple booster set so with that in mind this set will most likely has 3 beys one in which is the new bey and the rest are just reskin if we follow the previous TBS trend +  launcher gear. The most highly one to be included in this set is illya bey because one the anime already semi revealed it to use and she is the only blader to not have a bey in this arc not counting Wakiya because he's purpose here in the db tour arc is as a chairman and the he hasn't been teased to have a db bey and rashad he has savior so he won't upgrade it or abandon it any time soon. Following a popular speculation illya bey could be Ifrit this can be examined by her having the helmet look like a horn and Ifrit has horns. For the other two beys it could be Vanish recolor and dynamite recolor.

B-191 Special starter set, starter nowadays is only given to the antagonist since sparking ex lean and variant Lucifer and rashad and savior valkyrie (both valt and rashad owns valkyrie so this sime counts) so I think this is most likely rashad bey and the word special here could mean that this bey has an extra attachment or blade for it. As for the motif this could go anywhere so I won't touch it

For November onwards it's pretty vague but looking at last year poll Xcalibur is pretty likely to come back for December random booster spot since it got the second place right after valkyrie and they could just shove 3 new beys

So is december the last batch for DB beys?

I speculate one filler could be a Right Spin Diabolos and the other could be the left Diabolos blade with a random core like Fafnir or Bahamut.

B-191 Special Starter: ok so this has to be Rashads unique bey. A bey that important couldn't possibly come in a set and Rashads Savior came in a starter so I feel this could be the same case here.

November
B-192 Booster: I feel like this could be 1 of 2 things, 1. This could be a Wyvern bey and Wakiya has a bey for advertisement again or 2. This is filler and is just something like Achilles or Dragon and will not appear in the anime. Honestly I want to believe we'll get a DB Wyvern as Wakiya is back and he seems to be playing a similar role he did in Sparking

December
B-193 Booster: I see this being a Belial evo. I mean, Main characters always get an evo (Valt being the only exception) and I feel like it's too late to break that pattern now. There is a lot of ways they could take a Belial Evolution and I feel TT would fuse the gears into the design of the new Belial.

B-194 Random Booster Vol.25: Probably a filler. Too far away to tell honestly.

Since when does Hasbro manufacture gaming laptop add-ons? lol, you must have suffered from autocorrect. But I've pretty much given up on Hasbro after Surge. I'll still buy some of their products, but I'm trying to mostly buy TT now.

Well TBH, DB season might be the first one to have big rebalancing. For example valkyrie, spriggan, and probably longinus not to be very OP anymore. We can at least say its a good thing for competitive play, also a bad thing for those bey line fans.

It's still way too soon to call Longinus' strength. I've also used Savior to great effect so far as well.
