I never buy singles off YJ, the 600 yen commission makes it not worth it.

No it's not. It's mediocre and it is out classed by the other Dragoons. Even GT is better. It has not real big part that's stellar. The tip is even made of plastic it's not bad, but it just doesn't measure up to the other Dragoons.

Dragoon Grip Attacker and Dragoon V2 are both very useful for their bases.
Of course, the real best are MS/MS UV for their RC.

You need to stop thinking in such simple terms like this. There's no such thing as "best". You have to understand the individual usefulness of parts.
Dragoon V2's BB is great for housing free-spinning SG such as Wolborg, Wolborg 2 ... also, Neo Left SG is useful.
Dragoon Grip Attacker has incredibly fast movement speed and is good for Smash Attack.
So, it's impossible to say which one of them is better, because they are both very different in their use.
