I would recommend getting judgement at least for the layer possibly get  a confirmed judgement layer from random booster 17 or random layer collection  3 depends on what parts he has but if he has none I'd get union Achilles at least to get the extend+ along with a judgement layer

for judgement qc' or any dash rubber flat I'm say so buy the rbv 15 orb egis for a two birds in one stone as orb egis is a right spin hS with better teeth

Well I think

Burst: 
1) B149 GT Triple Booster
2) Union Achilles (for Xtend+ as pP0/00 works great on it)
3) Judgement Joker is a good option but then you would need a driver like Xtreme’ or Destroy’

Metal:
1) I guess Meteo L Drago as it is a great option to be used on B (which come with Orion)
