I really doubt you could separate it from the lot... you'd have to ask the seller directly, but they'll probably ignore you since it's not worth the hassle for one guy. Just win the lot or else you'll probably pay like $20 just to get it here.

$20 is the usual shipping cost from Japan to the US. (most of my orders are in similar sized boxes every time, and usually cost around this much. my orders usually have multiple things in them)
So generally you want to get as much as you can before asking them to ship.
You might waste money by just buying one item and in the end it isn't really worth it. You might want/need to buy more things in the future, and have to pay ADDITIONAL shipping because it's a separate package (after your first was sent etc).
