But to be honest it really doesn't look like its Painted or Custom. As its Mint Condition I guess as the Seller states that it is Unused. But yes that looks really cool hah.

No that is the regular version. It is available in one in eight Random Boosters Vol. 4. So, once in a set, three per case. There are a lot more than a hundred out there. Draciel S will be exactly in the same situation. Dranzer S will be store exclusive, but there will probably be many of them, just like the set of charcoal recolours of Victory Valkyrie and Storm Spriggan. Dragoon S will be available through application in the next CoroCoro Aniki, so anybody who requests one in Japan and pays for it after having purchased that CoroCoro volume can get one, so there should also be more than one hundred of them.
The only case where there are one hundred copies only is for the gold Driger S.

Dranzer MF is usually available on YJA for around 20000 yen. Not cheap by any means but no to say it isn't around is not true.
