Actually japanese consider HMS rubish, the auctions go for insane prices cause people from WBO bid on it.
They would go a lot higher on EBay

I've seen some that are more expensive then that on YJA. But yeah, some prices are crazy. Seen a Dragoon V2 going for 15,000yen.

I believe it's because most, if not all, plastics have been completely discontinued. The amount of new in box plastic beyblades out there is decreasing everyday, resulting in an increase in price assuming demand is the same.

I Think because HMS had only a few beys used by characters in the series & MFB Came afterwords in a short time so people might prefer using the new metal system rather than the old HMS Series
