Hello, I am pretty new on this website but I have been blading since I could pick up a launcher and launch. I recently started redoing all the zodiac beyblade's motif stickers into my own iterations of them and wish to share them online. If anyone wants to suggest me a motif to do, or to make them a facebolt , feel free to comment, just please, do not make them overly complicated, I am but a man lol

Examples of my work so far :

Beyblade is a spinning-top toy franchise that began in Japan in the late 1990s and grew into a worldwide phenomenon through toys, manga, anime, tournaments, and video games. Although spinning tops have existed in many cultures for thousands of years, Beyblade modernized the idea by turning tops into customizable battling toys. Players launch their Beyblades into a stadium, where the tops collide until one stops spinning, exits the arena, or bursts apart depending on the generation. This simple idea became the foundation for one of the most recognizable toy battle franchises in the world.
The Beyblade franchise was created by the Japanese toy company Takara, which later merged with Tomy to become Takara Tomy. The first Beyblade toys were released in Japan in 1999. They were designed as competitive spinning tops with interchangeable parts, allowing players to customize their Beyblades for attack, defense, stamina, or balance. This customization was one of the most important reasons the toy became popular. Instead of every top being the same, players could build different combinations and develop strategies based on how they wanted their Beyblade to perform.
The original Beyblade system is often called the Plastic Generation because the tops were mostly made of plastic. These early Beyblades had several parts, including an attack ring, weight disk, spin gear, and blade base. Each part affected the way the Beyblade moved, attacked, or lasted in battle. Some Beyblades were designed to move aggressively around the stadium, while others stayed near the center and focused on outlasting opponents. This made battles feel partly like a game of skill and partly like a game of engineering.
Beyblade became much more than just a toy after the release of its manga and anime series. The Beyblade manga was written and illustrated by Takao Aoki and began publication in Japan in 1999. The anime adaptation followed in 2001 and helped introduce the franchise to a global audience. The story centered on a young blader named Tyson Granger, known as Takao Kinomiya in Japan, and his friends as they competed in Beyblade tournaments around the world. The anime gave the toys personalities, dramatic battles, and mythical energy through creatures called Bit-Beasts, which made the spinning tops feel powerful and heroic.
The first Beyblade anime series was followed by Beyblade V-Force in 2002 and Beyblade G-Revolution in 2003. These shows expanded the world of competitive Beyblading and introduced new rivals, teams, and tournament arcs. Characters such as Kai Hiwatari, Ray Kon, Max Tate, and Kenny became fan favorites. The anime also helped make specific Beyblades famous, including Dragoon, Dranzer, Driger, and Draciel. Many fans wanted the same tops used by their favorite characters, which helped drive toy sales around the world.
During the early 2000s, Beyblade became especially popular in North America, Europe, and other regions outside Japan. Hasbro partnered with Takara to distribute Beyblade toys internationally. Toy stores sold launchers, stadiums, and starter sets, while organized tournaments gave kids a place to compete. The franchise arrived at a time when collectible and battling toys were extremely popular, and Beyblade fit perfectly into that culture. It combined collecting, competition, customization, and the excitement of head-to-head battles.
After the original Plastic Generation, Beyblade evolved with new systems and materials. One major development was the Heavy Metal System, often called HMS, which appeared near the end of the original era. These Beyblades used more metal in their construction and were smaller and more compact than earlier plastic models. HMS Beyblades changed the way battles felt because they hit harder and had different movement patterns. However, this era was relatively short compared with the generations that came before and after it.
After a few quieter years, the franchise was revived with a major new generation called Metal Fight Beyblade in Japan, known internationally as Beyblade: Metal Fusion. This generation launched in Japan in 2008 and reached many international markets around 2010. The Metal Saga replaced many of the plastic-heavy designs with tops that included metal fusion wheels, giving battles more impact and durability. This era introduced a new cast of characters led by Gingka Hagane, whose signature Beyblade was Storm Pegasus.
The Metal Saga became one of Beyblade’s most successful revivals. Its anime series included Beyblade: Metal Fusion, Beyblade: Metal Masters, Beyblade: Metal Fury, and Beyblade: Shogun Steel. The story followed Gingka and his friends as they faced powerful rivals and world-threatening conflicts connected to legendary Beyblades. Like the original anime, the Metal Saga gave the toys dramatic identities and helped fans connect with specific designs. Beyblades such as Pegasus, L-Drago, Leone, Eagle, and Libra became iconic among fans of this generation.
The Metal Saga also strengthened the competitive side of Beyblade. The parts system usually included a face bolt, energy ring, fusion wheel, spin track, and performance tip. Each piece affected the Beyblade’s performance. Fusion wheels determined much of the weight and attack power, spin tracks changed height and balance, and performance tips controlled movement and stamina. This made customization very deep, and serious players experimented with many combinations to find the strongest builds.
In 2015, Takara Tomy introduced another major generation: Beyblade Burst. This generation added one of the franchise’s most important new mechanics. Unlike earlier Beyblades, Burst tops were designed so that they could break apart during battle if struck hard enough. This was called a burst finish, and it added a new level of excitement and risk. A Beyblade could be winning by stamina but still lose instantly if it burst. This mechanic made battles more dramatic and visually satisfying.
Beyblade Burst also introduced a new anime series with a new protagonist, Valt Aoi. Valt’s partner Beyblade, Valkyrie, became one of the most recognizable tops of the Burst era. The series followed Valt and later characters as they trained, competed, and faced increasingly powerful opponents. Over time, the Burst line expanded through many systems, including Dual Layer, God Layer or Evolution, Cho-Z, Gatinko, Superking, Dynamite Battle, and Burst Ultimate. Each system introduced new gimmicks, parts, and design changes.
The Burst era was especially important because it arrived during the age of online communities and social media. Fans shared battles, combos, reviews, and tournament footage on platforms such as YouTube. This helped Beyblade remain visible and active among both children and older collectors. Some fans focused on casual play, while others became interested in competitive formats and detailed performance testing. The franchise developed a strong community of collectors, tournament players, reviewers, and customizers.
Beyblade tournaments have played a major role throughout the franchise’s history. Official and fan-run competitions allow players to test their strategies against others. In these events, success depends on understanding parts, launch technique, stadium design, and matchups. A strong Beyblade combination is important, but player skill also matters. The angle, speed, and timing of a launch can change the outcome of a battle. This balance between equipment and technique has helped Beyblade remain more than just a simple toy.
The franchise continued to evolve again with Beyblade X, introduced by Takara Tomy in 2023. Beyblade X was designed to make battles faster and more extreme. One of its main innovations is the Xtreme Dash system, which uses a rail around the stadium to accelerate the Beyblade at high speed. This creates more intense collisions and makes battles feel more dynamic. Beyblade X represents a new attempt to modernize the franchise while still keeping the core idea of customizable spinning-top battles.
Across its history, Beyblade has succeeded because it combines several appealing ideas. It is easy to understand: two tops battle until one wins. At the same time, it has enough depth to support collecting, strategy, mechanical customization, and serious competition. The toys are physical and interactive, which gives them a different appeal from video games or card games. Players can feel the impact of each battle, hear the collisions, and experiment with real parts to improve performance.
Beyblade has also remained popular because each generation gives fans a fresh starting point. The original series appealed to fans of character-driven adventure stories and collectible toys. The Metal Saga attracted a new generation with heavier tops and intense battles. Beyblade Burst added the burst mechanic and became a major success in the age of online content. Beyblade X has continued the tradition by emphasizing speed and modern stadium design. Each era keeps the basic spirit of Beyblade while changing enough to feel new.
The cultural impact of Beyblade is significant. For many fans, it was a major part of childhood, connected to schoolyard battles, toy store tournaments, and watching anime after school. The phrase “Let it rip!” became closely associated with the franchise and is still remembered by fans today. Beyblade also introduced many children to basic ideas about competition, sportsmanship, design, and strategy. Players learned that changing one part could alter the entire behavior of a top, making the toy both fun and educational in a simple mechanical way.
Today, Beyblade continues to be remembered as one of the most successful battling toy franchises ever created. Its long history shows how a traditional toy concept can be reinvented through modern design, storytelling, and organized competition. From the original plastic tops of 1999 to the metal battles of the 2010s, the bursting tops of the late 2010s, and the high-speed battles of Beyblade X, the franchise has continued to adapt while staying true to its central idea. Beyblade is not just a toy about spinning tops; it is a world of competition, customization, friendship, rivalry, and imagination that has lasted for decades.

Yesterday, Dallas had its regional qualifier for the GP final! Unlike last year, this tournament was organized, had proper judges, and finished in a timely manner. The Hasbro Xtreme Stadium was used. For the regular class, ages 8-12, there were about 25-30ish kids. The open class, ages 13 and up, it nearly came to over 128 people, which would've resulted in a lottery to decide who got in. There was this cool guy who made anime accurate stadiums and sold them; you may know him from Beycon. He was saying he was known for a specific one at Beycon. Sadly, I'm not an adult, and I don't have social media, so I can't give you his Instagram(sorry). He brought a real life anime-accurate drop attack stadium, and I speak from experience, I had the time of my life in that thing. The more beys in it, the better the battle. Although since there's no shroud, beys fly out, but that's the price you pay for making it anime accurate. Best of all, I even saw Illinuc there! Unfortunately, he got out rather early on to an odd launch by him, and his opponent smashed into him instantly, knocking him into a pocket and ending the match. In the regular class(Me-12) the same happened to me, but IN THE FINALS! So, yeah. That was sad. If you want to know what I was running, here it is, but you need to launch really hard for them to work, or you get knocked out or bursted.
Scorpio Spear 7-70 Hexa-made the combo in 2025, and it still dominates today.
Shark Scale 3-60 Low Rush-The ultimate uppercut attack(but not scientifically, since shark actually needs to be tall-check out the MBBC video on that)
Emperor Rage Flow Wheel M-85 Free Ball-Before you start saying that its bad, just launch hard-stupidly hard so wheel can parry the high speed attacks. Wheel also does hide the prongs a little, and in the tournament, this thing only bursted twice, both to Glory Valkerion. I think bursting once or twice is ok, especially if you physically cant be knocked out cuz your too heavy. Pick your battles.
Anyways, I just wanted to share this with you. Have a great day!

This is me being honest but Glory Valkyrie is overhyped people are glazing it because it is a valkyrie Homage and of the rebound gimmick when you look at it there is a good amount of underrated and valid ratings for meta beyblades that could actually beat it all you need is a low attacker to get under its rebound gimmick or just need to out spin it with a strong stamina combo even defensive tanks can beat it just get a shark scale put it on the rush and it could probably either woop Glory Valkyrie or it could out spin it leave your text on this this is just a opinion so please do not get angry everyone has opinions anyway bye.
