The Paradox in downward mode is a rare disc that connects tightly to the layer, making no gaps like other forge discs, which is pretty good for High mode combos. Another thing is that in downward mode, it has a skirt-down look that works well for defense. Plus, its size is almost the same as the DB/BU disc, which naturally adds to the layer's thickness. 

But we all know Paradox has two big downsides: it's lightweight and tends to scrape. 

So, I’m wondering: is it worth bringing Paradox disc to Standard format? Are there any other parts in DB/BU that can help fix these issues? I heard that a Bearing-type driver might help prevent scraping. 

Anyone who has tested DB/BU combos with Paradox disc please let me know. Thank you.]]>

i got yard dash (the ball tip), universe, metal survive, metal and normal destroy, xtend+, quattro, wave dash, and a few more (these are just the tips that are actually decent, i have abt 30 tips)


for middles i have 2 nexus (one w the gear on, sadly, gear is stuck) one w out, fr, 3 overs, legacy, 2 karmas, a illegal, and a bunch more.]]>

i got raphael, chain kerberus, revive pheonix, where the ring pops off, another raphael, ultimate valtryek (somebody took the freaking rubber off T^T), and pro series lord spryzen.

for middles i have karma, legacy, a middle that says FR, over, this middle that looks like over but has an X, and 1 more i cant remember the name of.

for tips i got nightmare luinors tip, yarg ball tip(dash drive) , raphaels tip, universe, command dragon d5's tip, and this purple tip with a scythe on it (dash drive)

gK doesn't hinder it's performance of Mirage because it's outclassed but does a clean sweep against Mirage on Xt+ but against LAD combos like Master Longinus and Vanish kept doing a lot of consecutive ties because we live in a top-heavy meta where it's all stamina and can win against any matchup but it was still able to beat these two hefty beyblades and it's maybe because of the God ability doing its work.]]>

The tournament rules would be mostly standard but with slight modifications to make it a bit more exciting. So first to 5 points, bursts counts as 2 everything else counts as 1. The biggest modification is I may deem a round invalid on a couple of issues, some of which are accidental snipes or misfires. No contact ring outs will count as a foul, and if a bey fouls 3 times, a point goes to the other Bey.

So, what makes this different than most other bey tournaments, and the reason I added 3d print to the title, is that I have designed and modeled 10 layers that participants can choose from, to which they will then chose a forge disk, driver, and perhaps a frame to add to. These 10 Layers have never been used, are untested, and will only be released (on my thingiverse and cults3d account) after the tournament (if I decide there is enough interest).

As for the parts, Players may choose from any of the ones I currently own. They may be mostly Hasbro, and they may not be the latest, but I do have 90 drivers(76 types), 96 forge disks (47 types), and 16 frames (9 types). I will admit that I included some suspected fake drivers, but I don't known if they really are as I bought many of them together "used" off 2 unknown guys on ebay. However, even though they are "used" they hardly have any wear on them. 

Finally the prize, I do have an unused $25 PlayStation gift card whose pin number I can give to the winner of the tournament. So anyone interested?]]>
