Tips for getting the best launches (and types of shooting techniques) - ZephyrDraco - May. 25, 2021

So I've been wondering, what is the best way in your opinion to get a good launch?

Also, I've been wondering about the different types of shooting techniques. On the Fandom webpage for Beyblade, there's a few different types, but I've wondered if there have been any new ones that have arisen recently in competitive, some that the webpage missed, or simply ones you've come up with yourselves.

Hey!

I'm trying to find out the same as you, till now I've seen only the ones on the fandom's page but nothing else, do you have anything special?

For most beys a nice sturdy flat launch is good so just grip your launcher tight and make sure it does not move so it wont mess up the launch and then just pull the ripcord/string as hard as you can but like not to hard ya dont wanna break it lolz

Also for a one that I came up with myself is something I called the vertical launch (IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BALKESH OK!) anyway you wanna use this mostly for attack types ok so you tilt your launcher sideways as to where the part where the beyblade and ripcord/string is is higher up. Im not good at explaining this but I hope you guys understood some of it lolz

Oh so point the front of the launcher down or something?

Try master launching with both hands then try using crux boost

Nope you point that side up. It would probably be better if I could show a pic but I dont know how to or if there even is a way to.

If you go to post reply to another message or activate it to where there's a bar of options at the top, there's an option to "add picture" if you have the url for it. It's in the 4th set of 4 icons or the 14th icon at the top bar when posting a reply. I'm not sure if there's another way, but I think I understand what you mean. it would be like pointing the front down and launching like a very steep angled launch?

Honestly, you only need two launches: a good stable flat launch and the Sliding Shoot. Power may vary, but that's really all you need to succeed. Most other launch styles are gimmicky and more likely to fail than succeed, especially if it requires a lot of launcher movement.

Yeah, I definitely agree, thanks for the feedback, I feel like the more gimmicky shoots are more situational and the other two can pretty much cover the pros and cons of the rest of them.

Really depends on the drivers and weight/balancing.
