Theportal0.com has beys with level chips, Beysandbricks.com does too, not so sure about Ever-Wish though, I also think that Malloftoys.com has other beys with level chips?

There are sellers on ebay selling them for $25-30
If if you have the means of shopping on Mercari Japan you can find them on there for much less.

Beyblade magazines, tournaments or that one random booster with the blue emperor forneus. Forgot to mention the Korean beyblade sets that has level chips and stuff.
