Uh, let me explain:

Basically, you go in the full edit mode (which looks like when you're quoting someone and stuff)
You see that button that looks like a small photo? Click it. There's a textbox where you put the URL of the image you wanna post, and two others for changing the Width and Height (if you want to)
You just paste the link in the very first textbox and click Insert.
This one only works with direct links to the photo btw, if ur on sth like Pinterest you gotta open the image in a new tab and then copy the URL

Yup, like I said, you gotta long-press the photo and open it in a new tab, then copy that new tab's link and paste it here.

That's a video, not an image. I already said you should open those in a new tab of their own.
A suggestion is to use postimages.org with this kind of thing (tho I'm not sure if it works with videos)
