There are soo many beyblade lovers in Bangladesh . Than why beyblade doesn't arrange a tournament officially . Also there is no real beyblade in Bangladesh why ?? ):

Anyone can host a beyblade tournament. You can host your own.

Beyblade doesn’t usually host there own tournaments so you could either become an organizer by taking the quiz and start a tournament or move to Japan and participate in wbba

Also what we will get after participate on WBBA tournament ?

This is not WBBA. This is WBO. Different organizations. Please read the rules and resources, including the Organizers Guide, to find these answers. Generally, if you have to ask, you're too young. And if I'm being honest, we have not seen a ton of bladers from Bangladesh.
