Question about attachment of elastic band to Beylauncher - BladingBrian - May. 24, 2010

Now, in the official rules, it states that "You may attach an elastic between the BeyLauncher's handle and your wrist in order to prevent it from snapping back."

First of all, is there any limits as to how many elastics you can chain between your wrist and the handle, or is the intension to be that its one big elastic? Second of all, when practicing with the beylauncher, I noticed that the shots were FAR more consistant when at the point when you let it go at the end (when holding the launcher horizontally), I let my fingers slide onto the elastic band. Does this violate the rules in any matter?
