I have an idea to fix a problem with tournaments... how powerful takara tomy beys are compared to hasbro and how difficult takara tomy beys are to obtain.
the solution is a format identical to burst but only hasbro beys and launchers are allowed.

The format already exists. Just no one uses it. It’s more of a usage issue
