Has anyone ever experienced the top and bottom sides, as well as the stickers of the world ring being damaged/worn out because of changing spin directions?

I can imagine that happening. Even if you aren't using 2B on it, you are squeezing the design up against a piece of metal, which would surely smoosh it over time. That's probably one of the reasons every other ring is flat on the bottom
