I need some help with downloading Private YT videos - bigdaddyjoe - Nov. 18, 2020

Hi, I need some help with downloading Private YT videos, I tried Odownloader's Private YT Video Downloader ( https://odownloader.com/youtube-private-videos-downloader-online-1 ) but that didn't work, and I tried Video Downloader Professional for Firefox but that didn't work either. Can anybody send me a link to a Chrome Extension that will let me download Private YT videos?

You can download your own private videos, not somebody else's, but for that you don't need any program, in the instructions for the links you see:

How to Download Private YouTube Videos

Launch 4K Video Downloader. Get 4K Video Downloader.
Click Tools > Preferences at the menu bar.
Click Log In.
Log into your YouTube account in the opened window.

Not sure what are you trying to accomplish, but that post is 18 months old , maybe if you explain yourself your purpose would be easier, when somebody wants to private a video, is because for some reason doesn't want to have people to have access, and there's no way, you can break login/pass on Youtube to have access to private videos, only if you're phishing somebody's account

Unless you have been invited by the uploader to the private video, that is the only way to access a private video, there is no secret method or some YouTube life hack that allows you to get a video that you didn't upload or were invited too, to download.
