FL Tournament Report - A 5th Dimensional Classic! - FireKingArd - Nov. 10, 2020 From an Organizer perspective: It actually went pretty well! We started on time and finished with plenty of time to spare. Lots of kind bladers. We did have an incident with a blader using a TT driver on a Hasbro layer, but they were informed of their mistake and were made to switch out the part for a Hasbro Revolve and redo their match. The venue was nice and it was very cool out. Close bathrooms and plenty of cover from the sun. Lots of room to spread out and split up the two groups. Surprisingly enough I did not have to hand out a bunch of spare parts like I anticipated. The bladers came prepared, even the younger ones. It was a lot smoother than I anticipated as I've never run a Classic 5G before, nor has anyone else to my knowledge. It wasn't perfect but it sure went better than I ever expected. And fortunately there were no lost parts. Though we had some pretty big bursts lol I'll post up some great pictures we got as well! From a Participant perspective: The competition was actually extremely stiff. Lots of great bladers out there. The matches were fun with lots of intense bursts. It was my first time in a Group Round Robin and I actually had a lot of fun. We literally watched a beyblade hop onto the pocket, then fall back down and burst the opponent's bey xD It was nuts! -Fireblaze- and Ssjr really brought their A-game but BladerColton and Cscramon really performed amazingly as well! Special thank you's to ssjr0118, -Fireblaze-, Cscramon, and Cdrago for helping out so much during the tournament!
