She's 50. Idk I just put things that I thought made her stronger.

Yes, lvl 50 is good, but lvling keqing up more is good. You should also lvl up ur other characters, use synergy, focus on making good builds. My highest lvl character is now Venti, who is lvl 55

Barbara's better in healing, but Noelle's better in stopping damage, so I'll go for Noelle. Noelle also has better stats I think
