First Uranus is a one-time only thing. Lane's main bey is Lucifer for a reason. Anyway, it'd be hard to know who owned amaterios since we know almost nothing about the blader that used it.

Not really? Aiga's dad was legendary for bey creations, and they didn't really expand upon it. So I don't think its Aiga's (or anybody's) parents.
