People say that Mobius can equal or beat Bearing and Xtend+ in opposite spin, but why? Is it because it has bearings or anything else?

No bearing, its a plastic washer.
It’s got good height, LAD, and shape. Plus the washer (although not as good as a bearing) always it to spin very freely.
