第2試合は、チーユンVS翼。チャウシンの本気を目のあたりにして、気合い十分なチーユン。一方、翼はキョウヤとの一戦でかいま見た自分の暗黒面に不安を抱いていた。バト​ル直前、翼はチーユンから、キョウヤに敗北したのになぜ代表入りしているのかと聞かれ、動揺する。

"The second match is Chi-Yun vs Tsubasa. With Zhou Xing's seriousness in front of him, Chi-Yun is eager to do well. Meanwhile, Tsubasa bears uneasiness to his own dark side which he glimpsed at during his battle against Kyoya. Just before the battle, because of Chi-Yun, Tsubasa questions why he was defeated by Kyoya and became a representative, becoming disturbed."

I wonder if Tsubasa's dark side is a plot point or just a subplot of the series. It's more likely a subplot but the back of my mind also says plot point and I'm not sure why.

I hope Tsubasa's dark side is part of the plot..we didnt get to see enough of Ginga's.

Ginga's dark side was more like to show how much of a sore stop that was when Ryuuga pressed his buttons.

That is actually something that I like about Metal Fight Beyblade. Tsubasa really seems affected by his match.

one more thing - "any more than this and my heart will explode!" - im not being funny but that would sound ridiculous (sp?) in the dub (in my opinion anyway XD)

Can't believe tsubasa still didn't win even after that amazing display of power! I'm thinking in the future Ryuga might come back when he is good to teach him how to give up his dark power or something.

Zeda: for the whole "any more than this and my heart will explode!" from Tsubasa for the dub.... maybe something like "I cant take this anymore, Im going to explode!" oooor something like that.
