hello i would like to know if you are able to get a bey and launcher wet and it not break or rust or anything else that would mess up

You could always just post in Beyblade Random Thoughts.
Unless the metal is stainless steel or some other rust resistant metal, there will be rust if you mistreat your beys with water. The launchers are mostly plastic and plastic gears and string, but there can be a metal spring inside. You don't want that to rust.
Don't get your Beyblades wet!
