You can't get it for a cheap price. It was just released. The manufacturer suggested retail price is about 1400 yen, $13 USD. Any sort of shipping that will happen in a few weeks rather than a few months will run you $6-$10. Now factor in the profit of middleman resellers. You're looking at $25 or more, at least.
