Are Dranzer G and Dranzer GT Engine Gears the same?

Well engine gear system funces like a normal beyblade the unique difference is that the core is made by metal and you can give it some impulse with a thing, which you charge the inercial force.

That doesn't even make sense.
Most engine gears only differ in what times or for how long they release their extra spin during battle.
