I want to ask if the combination Fafnir f3 2 atomic is a good one?

Why don't you do some actual testing with it and post that testing before asking other people to test for you?

It's not that great. F3 is heavily outclassed by Lord Spriggan, and Master Diabolos left. 2 is awful, Ratchet is a much better option. Atomic is great, but its the best for same spin, for opposite spin use Bearing or Xtend+.

I want to make a customization for battling only against evolution beys not cho z or gt. is it good only Against evolution beys

Well, you're not interested in testing, you're looking for someone to build you a combo I guess. You should use that thread for these questions.
