Just a quick question. Is BB-00, Prototype Pegasis obtainable?

If you are referring to the all-silver recolor of the Metal System Pegasis Wheel, then yes it is technically obtainable. You will most likely have to search for it on Japanese auction sites like Yahoo! Japan Auctions, though, as it is quite rare now.
