  ‘It was cold, too cold to be out in the open. But he knew he couldn’t stop, or else they would catch up to him. The humans who said they “Rescued him”. He couldn’t stand to live with them anymore. The skins of his caretakers hanging on the walls of his den (bedroom), the loud noises of the long sticks they carry around.
  Panting, Forrest needed a source of nutrition. His lips, freezing dry and his body feasting on the remaining fat left in his stomach.
  “Over there!” One of Hunters yelled.
  “I’ll go left you go right!” The other one hollered.
  Stumbling and tripping, Forrest was using all four limb just to keep himself upright and going. His fortunes suddenly turned on him. Slipping on a puddle of water, his face landed an a root of a tree.
  Now, with a bleeding nose and a scarred face Forrest was only hindered even more. Almost falling again, Forrest stumbled onto a frozen river. His bare feet freezing as he tried to gain some sort of traction.
  “Looks like we’ll have to set up camp here,” One of the hunters shouted, as it was hard to hear through the turbulent winds.
  ‘I’ve been here before, this has to be dream,’ Forrest thought. Looking around, the snow flakes melting on his face. Suddenly, he heard some crunching in the snow. Forrest quickly swerved around. He came face to face with a wolf. The majestic beast slowly pivoted and trotted away.  
  “Wait!” Forrest called, and chased after the wolf.
  But, the wolf picked up speed. Faster and faster the wolf went, the faster Forrest ran out of breath. Forrest could barely see the frozen ravine that lay ahead, and the wolf standing on top of thin soon to crack layer of ice.
  “Watch out!” He called.
  ‘No,’ he thought, he won’t let himself fail this time. Not this time.
  Rushing out onto the feeble ice, Forrest dove and pushed the wolf towards safety. Thought, the wolf’s claws scraped the ice, trying to gain more traction. But fatally, it broke the ice.
  “Ahhhhhhhhhhh,” Forrest yelled, as he fell through the ice and into the darkness.”



   Even though it was a dream, Forrest felt the sharp pain that stuck at the back of his head. As if he had hit the ground from that dangerous fall. Quietly, he climbed out of his sleeping bag and headed towards the outdoors stadium. But, in the distance he could see the smoke of a camp fire.
   “Something or someone is in there,” Forrest whispered to himself.
   Then he heard a wolf howl, the pain in it’s voice. Forrest took out eclipse from his pocket. He felt the urge to howl back, but he couldn’t. Instead, he looked at the moonlight reflecting off of the right side of eclipse.

Not really. I mean I could read everything here, but I’ll tell you these two questions to ask yourself. Where is this story heading and how has my characters developed, have they been fleshed out enough?
