It's consisting of God Bey's and early Cho-Z if I am not mistaken.

There's no definitive banlist yet, but a rough estimate would be this: Almost all of the God Layers, SwitchStrike Layers, and Turbo Layers will be included as well as a most Disks before GT and any Driver aside from Hybrid, Ignition', Generate, and Hasbro Bearing.

Me and rob has been talking about this. I’ll say Burst limited will be more focused on God beys and Turbo beys. Yes I said turbo beys not Choz beys.
