If you read the Metal Fight Rules and the Burst Rules you can find the answers to these questions. But to clarify,
Burst Level chips: Yes (Hasbro LCs don't exist, TT LCs were recently changed to be allowed on Hasbro layers)
Burst Frames: Yes
Burst Discs: Yes
Burst Tips: No (Can't mix Teeth and Slopes)
Burst Layers: No (Can't mix Teeth and Slopes)
Burst Hasbro Rise Layer Bases: No (Can't mix Teeth and Slopes)
Burst Hasbro Rise Chip/Weight Combos: No (Can't mix Teeth and Slopes)
MFB Face bolts: Yes (Hasbro and TT functionally the same in MFB)
MFB Metal Wheels: Yes (Hasbro and TT functionally the same in MFB)
MFB Energy Rings: Yes (Hasbro and TT functionally the same in MFB)
MFB Crystal Wheels: Yes (Hasbro and TT functionally the same in MFB)
