Can the Spriggan GT Chip be used on any layer/weight? I am wondering because it is a dual spin gt chip.

Yes it can be used on every single base with any weight released. Same with the new Diabolos II chip

Yeah it can combine with other bases, but you’re gonna need a layer weight, since the Lord base was fused with a layer weight.
