Legality of a damaged Fusion Wheel - The_HumanWither - Dec. 20, 2019
Is this Fusion Wheel still legal or not? The contact areas are not affected by the damage but it is now slightly off balance and impacts the battle slightly. I'm not sure how the damage was caused but I didn't notice until I decided to try a different combo using the same fusion wheel.

It image is broken but damaged parts would most likely not be use able because of the change of performance and the risk of the break getting worse and people potentially getting hurt from pieces breaking off.
It would probably be treated as a modified/tampered with part.

My conclusion, ask about it if you want to use it in a tournament but don't use it in your combo or have a back up combo.
