"I'm NewRocChampion1. I'm planning on holding a tournament at the New Rochelle Library in NY on INSERT GENERAL DATE HERE, SUCH AS A MONTH, LIKE FEBRUARY. I need 3 other people to commit to going so that I can take the organizers quiz. Let me know if you're interested.

Thread necro, but read the Organizer Guide/Judge Guide, and the format guides. The written test is also open book, so you can reference the Guides while writing the test.
