I think this is exactly the right forum for your question. The site can be confusing but there is a dropdown at the top of the page that has tournaments; https://worldbeyblade.org/Forum-WBO-Beyblade-Tournaments ... I didn't see any in your area upcoming tho. You might have to organize it lol

There have been UK tournaments off and on for years, but I expect they might not run outdoors in the middle of winter.
