Not cheap, but an alternative to buying just a chip for $30 is to buy the customize sets (balance, stamina, defense). They come with 3 Beyblades, a rip cord launcher and a level chip. Like $47 for the box set on eBay. I linked one below as an example (and yes, the are legit TT products).

You can get it from Random booster 13 with The blue Emperor Forneus. You can get that from this guy that sells basim booster results for 14 bucks on eBay. He has shelter regulus with destroy’ as well as a purple revive pheonix right now and not Forneus, but if you want an affordable price you should wait for him/her to sell it.
