Hello bladers, i need to ask a question.about perfect phoenix left spin.is it illegal or not.there is no modification used.

This keeps coming up in new threads, which quickly get closed for being redundant.
No, Phoenix isn't a left spin layer. if you somehow get it to spin left, that's illegal in WBO tournaments. Clearly some kind of modification is used if you're making it spin left.
Why do people keep asking this? It's a question that answers itself.
